This diagram shows relationships between unique haplotypes of all samples from
our database in the form of Median-Joining network. Characteristic cluster of
R1a can be seen. This haplogroup has one third of database records.
The size of particular rings corresponds to the number of haplotypes assigned to the ring. The length of lines joining two rings corresponds to the number of mutations necessary to change one haplotype to another. Modal values were used for missing markers. Processed 18.9.2007, 33 records, all haplogroups, 12 markers. Details
