This diagram shows relationships between unique haplotypes of all samples from
our database in the form of Median-Joining network. Characteristic clusters of
R1a and R1b can be seen. Clusters of other haplogroups
cannot be so easily distinguished from each other, because of the low
number of used markers.
The size of particular rings corresponds to the number of haplotypes
assigned to the ring. The length of lines joining two rings corresponds
to the number of mutations necessary to change one haplotype to another.
Modal values were used for missing markers regardless of haplogroup. This method
significantly distorts the result, especially for R1b haplogroup. Compare this
with the correct result made recently.
